All sales are final. However we do offer a 14 day exchange policy if you require a different size or wish to exchange for a different style. We are not responsible for shipping charges for items that are returned to us. If you wish to exchange simply email us at email@example.com to initiate the exchange, once initiated simply send the item back to us and include a prepaid shipping satchel for us to send you your new item. Returned items must be in the original condition you received it in with all bags/tags attached and must not show any signs of being worn.
Ultimately if you can not decide on any item to exchange for, we do offer a credit note. When returning the item we recommend you send the parcel by registered post as we will not be held accountable for missing parcels. Shop with complete confidence.
