What is tee&ing?

An online fashion boutique founded by two sisters, we started selling accessories only and have now transformed to a full blown clothing store catering to the urban glam styling.

Where is my order?

We understand that you're in a rush to get your order and we don't blame you, we'd be too! Although we endeavor to get your order to you in time, there are many factors that are not in our control such as customs clearance, geographical delays from country to country or busy delivery periods. We ask that you please wait an extra week after the delivery estimate before contacting us.

The item i'm after is sold out!

In the event the item you are after is sold out, click on the 'notify me' button and you will be notified via email when we restock. If the listing is removed completely, this means we will not restock this item in the future.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once we've fulfilled your order. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Afterpay

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final. However we do offer a 14 day exchange policy if you require a different size or wish to exchange for a different style. We are not responsible for shipping charges for items that are returned to us. If you wish to exchange simply email us at sales@teeanding.com to initiate the exchange, once initiated simply send the item back to us and include a prepaid shipping satchel for us to send you your new item. Returned items must be in the original condition you received it in with all bags/tags attached and must not show any signs of being worn.

Ultimately if you can not decide on any item to exchange for, we do offer a credit note. When returning the item we recommend you send the parcel by registered post as we will not be held accountable for missing parcels. Shop with complete confidence.

Please note:

- Sale items can not be refunded or exchanged due to change of mind.

- For hygiene purposes we do not offer refunds or change of mind exchanges on earrings.
